Yes ,my dear friends; first and foremost Ayurveda says

that means before curing the diseases , Ayurveda says don’t fall sick by following unhealthy food and life styles, even after following right and healthy protocol you fall sick then definetly Ayurveda is having treatment ,so main motto of Ayurveda is follow the right path, don’t fall sick, if you fall sick AYURVEDA IS THERE TO SAVE YOU SAFELY…
Coming to next question, to be free and frank Ayurveda cant cure all diseases which are there in the world nor Allopathy does that, one should know the meaning and difference between CURE & CONTROL
Ayurveda cant cure all diseases for example: HIV/AIDS ,Hepatitis B,COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease),SLE, Chronic Kidney Failure, Uncontrolled Diabetis, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Tuberclosis, Chronic bilateral knee joint pain etc…note: for above complications better to follow Allopathy ,do not completely depend on Ayurveda.
Lastly about affordability ,I ask you one question ,if you get admitted into multispecialty hospital for any chronic disorder for 10 days ,you may get 1 lakh rupee hefty amount of bill in your hand ,but for safe and very effective panchakarma 15 days package treatment your bill will not exceed more than 25k,now you say which is affordable,and safe ,emergencies like accidents,heart attacks,strokes are different matters…
Ayurveda is wonderful ancient medical science ,now a days by god’s grace ,again as a quote “History Repeats”, this divine science is in boom in midst of highly advanced technological era, I don’t forget to give maximum credit to founder of Patanjali Ayurveda centre Baba Ramdev swamiji and Acharya Balakrishna ji.
